I heard about this yesterday, but i hadn't actually read what exactly it was. Looks like srs bzns. From what this article says, there's a major flaw in IE that allows hackers to steal passwords, and possibly inject malicious code on websites. We shouldn't have to worry about the latter, but if there's anyone here who still uses IE, you might want to switch to Firefox, Chrome, Lynx, or John Coon's Chicken Wing BBQ Browser for increased security. gg Microsoft  ... As per a security warning found here, the VBulletin boards here at Dykal have been updated to 3.6.5, the most current version available to us. This warning was about a phishing exploit that allowed haxx0rs to steal passwords by rerouting cookies (that's from what i understand, i didn't know such a thing was even possible). Registration Trouble? New anti-bot system in place |

In the hope of stopping some of the bots from registering, the NoSpam! system (a mod) has now been enabled. While registering, users have to answer a simple question that any human user would know, but bot programs can't get around. Right now the question is "2+2 = ?". If we find that a lot of human spammers are getting around that one, we'll change it to something harder.
